Leland Parker - President

After two years of commercial real estate leasing and sales experience gained in the Irvine-Newport Beach market, Lee began his career in commercial real estate lending in the mid 1970s, with Western Mortgage (Union Bank), a correspondent for Metropolitan Life. Prior to deregulation of the thrift industry, Lee served as vice president of commercial mortgage lending operations at State Mutual Savings & Loan. In 1979, he moved to Santa Rosa and joined what became the private loan placement subsidiary of National Bank of the Redwoods. Parker Mortgage & Investment was formed in 1988 to represent quasi-institutional and private lenders.

Drew Bulfer - Vice President

Drew brings a strong background to the Parker Mortgage team, with twelve years’ experience in securities and real estate lending. At Bank of America Securities, Drew worked directly with institutional clients on execution strategies and compliance with SEC regulation. At Bridger Commercial Funding, where he served as an underwriter and analyst, Drew's team originated over $400 million in commercial real estate-backed securities. Bridger provides approximately 1,700 banks nationwide access to the secondary mortgage market. When not in the office, you may see Drew fly fishing, skiing, or running the trails of Marin and Sonoma.

MaMieko Compton - Operations Administrator

MaMieko has been with Parker Mortgage since 1988. She is a skilled manager, overseeing administration, document preparation, auditing of accounts and loan servicing.
